Welcome to Crystal River Park HOA. Originally established in 1960, our HOA has successfully functioned for over 50 years with two membership meetings each year, a volunteer board to handle general business and an volunteer architectural committee to review development. The annual assessment, currently at $500 per member, is used to handle road and open space maintenance and compliance with Colorado laws.
The goal of our association is to help maintain our community as a highly desirable, rural residential area. Preservation of the natural beauty, the natural setting and surroundings is important and requires consideration of the relationship of building, landscape, topography, and overall community design. High quality design and construction are important as is protecting the privacy of each home. Our modest annual dues allow us to maintain the network of roads, to address community issues, and to comply with state regulations.
Our Architectural Committee works with homeowners to help achieve their goals and express their creativity within this framework. This committee has the responsibility to consider the visual impact created by any changes to a Lot upon other members. The HOA board is mindful that as members we share common areas and that each person’s home is part of another’s view. In addition, the ARC will work with homeowners to address any relevant community impact and safety issues including mitigation of wildfire risk. Achievement of these several goals will promote community and protect homeowner values.
